• 14/11/04: Target competition launched

As part of the celebrations for St. Edmund's Day held at our school on Friday 19th November 2004, the members of ScienceVT will be taking part in a sponsored Paper Aeroplane Target competition to raise money for a charity that supports deaf and hard-of-hearing children.

• 09/11/04: Egg Parachutes competition finished successfully

Congratulations to all members of ScienceVT for their efforts in the Egg Parachutes competition.  There were some fantastic entries, particularly the amazing effort by AB who designed a parachute that looked very much like the old World War II designs.

• 10/10/04: Egg Parachutes competition added

Details about the Egg Parachutes competition have been added to the Projects section.

• 18/09/04: Reflections Timetable added

A timetable for ScienceVT's daily reflections has been added within the What is ScienceVT? section.  Alternatively visit the Reflections Timetable directly.

• 12/09/04: Projects section updated with new Individual Research Projects

After much discussion, the members of ScienceVT have chosen their first Individual Research Project titles.  Visit the Projects section for more details.

• 07/09/04: Various updates made by ScienceVT members

With the help of the members of ScienceVT, three big updates have taken place.  The aims of ScienceVT have been added, ideas for Projects have too, and a contact address has been put in the ScienceVT@Large section.

• 02/09/04: Links section updated

The links section has been updated with links to the St. Edmund's Catholic School websites.  In particular the new website for the science department is now online:  Visit it at http://www.StEdsScience.co.uk.

• 21/08/04: Teaching Resources section added

Although not strictly part of ScienceVT, a new section has been added offering a variety of teaching support materials and links, aimed mainly at Secondary Science Teachers.  Click here to visit the Teaching Resources section - which will open in a new window.

• 20/08/04: What is ScienceVT section launched

A new section has been added to the site to explain the purpose of www.ScienceVT.co.uk.  Click here to get the information
